Freight that clears customs, not just borders.

Exeleos Global Links books, moves and clears ocean, air and road freight across four continents. One team handles the booking and the paperwork, so a held container is our problem before it becomes yours.

In transit Booking to delivery Origin Collected Destination Delivered Tracked throughout Cleared on arrival

Bills of lading, air waybills and container numbers all work. No login needed.

What we handle

Transit times quoted per lane
Mode Service Typical cargo To quote we need
Ocean FCL & LCL Palletised goods, machinery, bulk consumer freight Ports, commodity, weight, dimensions
Air Consolidated & charter Time-critical, high value, temperature controlled Airports, weight, dimensions, ready date
Road FTL, LTL & drayage Port pulls, cross-dock, domestic movements Pickup and delivery postcodes, pallet count
Customs Entry & clearance Any mode, including freight we did not move Commercial invoice and packing list

Send us a lane and we will come back with a transit time we can hold, not a best case.

Two sides of the same freight

Shippers and carriers want opposite things from a forwarder. Pick the side you're on and skip the rest.

I have cargo to move

  • Door-to-door rates covering drayage, terminal fees and duty
  • Customs entry filed by our own licensed brokers
  • One named coordinator per account, reachable by phone
  • Cargo insurance arranged at booking, not after a claim
Request a rate

Most quotes come back the next business day with the landed cost broken out line by line.

I have capacity to fill

  • Repeat volume on the lanes we run most
  • Clear payment terms agreed before your first load
  • Digital rate confirmations and paperless PODs
  • No forced dispatch and no lumper surprises

Onboarding needs your MC number, W-9 and a current certificate of insurance.

What we move

Six service lines, run by the same operations team. Nothing gets handed to a third party without you being told who has your cargo.

Ocean freight

Full and less-than-container loads, with space contracted ahead of peak season rather than bought on the spot market.

Air freight

Consolidated and charter capacity for time-critical cargo, including temperature-controlled and dangerous goods.

Road and drayage

Port pulls, cross-docking and domestic truckload across North America and Western Europe.

Customs brokerage

Entries filed in house by licensed brokers. Classification, duty drawback and bonded moves handled on the same file as the freight.

Warehousing

Short-term storage, pick and pack, and container stuffing near the ports we work through most.

Project cargo

Out-of-gauge and heavy-lift moves, with route surveys and permits arranged before the equipment ships.

How a booking runs

Four stages, and you know who owns the file at every one of them.

Send the details

Commodity, weight, dimensions, origin and destination. A packing list is enough to start.

Get a landed cost

Freight, drayage, terminal handling and estimated duty, itemised. No line reading "miscellaneous".

We book and collect

Space confirmed, pickup scheduled, documents drafted and checked against the commercial invoice.

Clear and deliver

Entry filed before arrival so the container moves off the terminal instead of accruing demurrage.

Payments

Settle an existing invoice, or pay up front for a one-off shipment if you don't have terms with us yet.

How you can pay

  • CardVisa, Mastercard, Amex. 2.9% processing fee applies.
  • ACH transferNo fee. Clears in 2–3 business days.
  • WireSame day for international accounts. Bank details are on your invoice.
  • CheckMail to the office address below. Write the invoice number on the memo line.

Questions about a charge? Email johnwilliams@exeleosgloballinks.com before paying and we'll hold the invoice.

We confirm this against your invoice before charging.

Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page, never on this site.

Request a rate

Tell us what's moving and where it needs to be. We'll come back with a landed cost and the transit time we can actually hold.

We reply to every request, usually the same business day.
